8 week online group programme

​​​Over 8 weekly sessions we will take a holistic approach to balancing your hormones & supporting your endocrine system to function optimally. You'll receive the latest research-backed nutritional advice & guidance to make sustainable lifestyle changes.​​ Sharing this health transformation with a group of supportive women will provide you with unwavering motivation & accountability. You will also have access to helpful resources, exciting recipes & email/WhatsApp responses between sessions.

All sessions are in a group setting, 90 minutes long, and delivered by Zoom video call. â€‹â€‹â€‹They will take place every Tuesday throughout February and March, starting on Tuesday 4th February 2025 at 7pm.
